Michael draws upon a prestigious career including chef /proprietor of the successful The Key at Hamble. He was also private chef to Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and the US Ambassador Charles Price II. With many years’ experience in exclusive Country House hotels, including the Relais & Châteaux hotel collection, Michael provides a truly unique private dining experience.

St Anns House boasts a beautiful Georgian dining room. We can work with our advisors to dress the space to suit the occasion, including stylish table settings and eye catching floral displays. Michael will work with you to create a unique, gourmet menu to your specification, and butler service can be arranged for those looking for something extra special.

Previous guest have requested dishes from their favourite chefs such as Gordon Ramsay or Marco Pierre-White - Michael would be more than happy to include such dishes (if they've been published of course!)- simply let us know in advance, and we'll try to locate the recipes.
